MSRP Policy
Regarding Retail Pricing
- We ask our retailers to price/advertise our products at a minimum of double the wholesale price. We allow retailers to price/advertise below Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as long as the advertised price is not more than 10% below MSRP (which is double of Wholesale Price).
- Sales promotions count towards the 10% threshold. For example, if a retailer was already discounting our product price by 5% (i.e., his/her regular product sale price was 5% below MSRP), then his/her sale promotion should not be higher than 5%.
- Exceptions can be made on discontinued items or please contact us about higher discount. Any discount will be granted greater than 10%, needs to have our permission.
- This pricing strategy includes also sitewide sales which involves our brands/products
- We can only sell to you if you agree to adhere to our pricing policy.
Retailer's failure to comply will be considered a violation of our Minimum Advertised Price policy (MAP). In event of a violation, we reserve the right to make decisions at any time regarding product allocations and reseller participation in our program.
